Husband, Father , Clinical Social Worker, CEO & Founder of KOBLINK Sports Foundation. Fred has vested all his time in networking and linking athletes to better opportunities. Fred is very passionate about sports, he has been involved in sports all his life, working as a project Coordinator for Kampala Junior Team and Soccer League for Children Uganda for 10 years, helping the youth team participate in World soccer youth tournaments like Gothia Cup, Norway Cup, East African Cup, Donosti Cup, Kics Cup, and many others.

Fred Worked as a publicity secretary for Uganda Youth Football Association [an Umbrella for all youth football in Uganda] for 8 years, he is a board member for Uganda Youth Football Association, one of the leading nonprofit sports organization in East Africa. Fred has coached youth soccer at different levels both in Uganda and USA.

Joshua Opolot is a development expert and has been involved in sport as an athlete, coach and administrator. He has extensive knowledge on sport for development through advisory roles in developing and designing interventions that can address key challenges faced by underprivileged young people. Currently as the Executive Director for Youth Sport Uganda, he has the privilege to help young people realize their full potential through harnessing the power of sport
